We partial bake our house made crust to crispy, golden perfection and allow it to cool. We add our house tomato sauce and a layer of freshly shredded provolone cheese before finishing it off in the oven.
This is where our concept takes a turn. Once we remove the piping hot pizza from the oven, we add fresh toppings and garnish it with another layer of fresh provolone. Our approach allows you to taste the freshness of our ingredients at their best. We know it sounds unconventional, but trust us; You’ll love it.
